heritage includes over 20 years experience in high resolution
spectroscopy, optical system design, advanced detector-based
radiometric calibration techniques, data processing, and algorithm
development applied to advanced imaging systems for air and space.
Significant programs include the High Altitude Balloon Experiment
(HABE), a 60-cm Phillips Laboratories balloon-borne telescope and the
Hyperspectral Digital Imagery Collection Experiment (HYDICE), an
airborne, hyperspectral imaging system that provides high spatial
and spectral resolution images of the earth.
