Significant programs include the High Altitude Balloon Experiment (HABE), a 60-cm Phillips Laboratories balloon-borne telescope and the Hyperspectral Digital Imagery Collection Experiment (HYDICE), an airborne, hyperspectral imaging system that provides high spatial and spectral resolution images of the earth.
